Repco Support’s roots started over thirty years ago, when one of the Directors ran a Letting Agency and could not believe the number of people that were left to fall through the cracks, unable to access support.
Repco Support is passionate about providing high-quality accommodation and providing people with the tools they need to educate, inform and empower themselves. We believe that with the right support, everyone can be happy and independent. We work with a wide variety of people, from care leavers and asylum seekers to Mothers.
Repco Support provides quality purpose-matched accommodation. We consist of a team of highly skilled support workers, from a variety of backgrounds and experience. Once a suitable home has been matched, we are then able to provide a bespoke service to treat every individual as such.
We assign the individual the best equipped support worker for their circumstances, and help direct them to appropriate services within the community. We pride ourselves on building lasting relationships with all of our placements, so they don’t feel like “just another box-ticking exercise”.
How we work?
We provide high quality accommodation plus one to one key worker support for as long as required. We help equip our placements to gain the practical and emotional skills they need to live fulfilling and independent lives.
We support our placements with finding employment/their studies. We also work with a wide variety of professionals we can signpost them to (psychotherapist, work experience as some examples).
